Our client, a leader in vehicle safety and compliance, is seeking a dedicated Early Warning Detection Investigator to join their team. As an Early Warning Detection Investigator, you will be part of the Safety and Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Investigations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Conduct comprehensive preliminary technical reviews on vehicle safety and compliance alerts related to proactive sensing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product scope and assess potential product issues during technical reviews.
- Document all review information and data with clarity and detail, providing clear rationale for escalation or closure actions.
- Generate frequent status reports for Product Investigators and management to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
- Recommend improvements to proactive sensing logic and predictive analytic techniques to enhance product safety and performance.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical or quantitative discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources, including field data, warranty data, and customer feedback, with a focus on predictive analytics.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and inconsistencies, and to communicate findings clearly.
- Proficiency with reporting, data analysis, and visualization tools such as Excel, databases, and dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
