Communications and Presentation Specialist

Our client, a global leader in the  industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Communications and Presentation Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Communications and Presentation Specialist, you will lead the development of executive communications, stakeholder messaging, and business presentations for key initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, creativity, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Experience working in a large technology company or enterprise organization is strongly preferred.

Job Title: Communications and Presentation Specialist

Location: Remote within the U.S.

Pay Range: $45-50/hr W2

What's the Job?

  • Develop high-quality written communications, including emails, announcements, talking points, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
  • Create polished executive-level PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate business strategies, initiatives, and results.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and business leaders to gather information and develop clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all communications materials.
  • Support project communications plans and stakeholder engagement activities.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales enablement, or a related role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with demonstrated experience creating executive-ready presentations.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and storytelling capabilities.
