Business Execution Administrator 2 - Contingent

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Administrator 2 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Administrator 2 - Contingent, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting various operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and quality controls related to new Merchant Services accounts prior to onboarding
• Support operations by handling complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives
• Use technical expertise to resolve escalated issues and ensure compliance with AML policies
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements for processes and customer support
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve operational goals and ensure quality standards

What's Needed?

• A minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated experience and strong working knowledge of KYC, AML, BSA, CIP, and CDD compliance processes
• Proven experience in quality monitoring and assurance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume workloads while adhering to SLAs
• Experience in banking or underwriting is preferred but not required
