Packaging Engineer

Our client is seeking a Packaging Engineer to join their team. As a Packaging Engineer, you will be part of the Packaging Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams including marketing, R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, curiosity, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: 40.00

What's the Job?

• Support packaging development, testing, and sustainability initiatives for new materials and components.
• Prepare and coordinate test requests, evaluate test reports, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, R&D, supply chain, and quality to support project execution from concept to launch.
• Assist in data management, project documentation, and cleanup to maintain organized project files and systems.
• Contribute to sustainability efforts by supporting initiatives related to recyclable materials and eco-friendly packaging solutions.

What's Needed?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in packaging or related engineering fields.
• Excellent communication skills in business-level English.
• Experience with molding, testing, and understanding technical drawings is preferred.
• Ability to start immediately and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
