Information Security Engineer 4- Active Directory

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise services sector, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Information Security Engineer 4- Active Directory to join their dynamic team. As an Information Security Engineer 4- Active Directory, you will be an integral part of the cybersecurity and IT infrastructure support team, contributing to the security, stability, and modernization of enterprise identity systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to security challenges, aligning successfully within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer - Active Directory  (Information Security Engineer 4)

Location:Charlotte, NC, Columbus, OH, Irving, TX, Minneapolis, MN, Chandler, AZ

Pay Range: $72/hr W2 (we can not work with 3rd parties, c2c or 1099)

Type: 1 year contract with option to convert to FTE


 

What's the Job?

• Design, implement, and support enterprise identity infrastructure including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Virtual Directory Services (VDS)
• Drive platform stability, security, and operational excellence through strategic modernization initiatives
• Support complex integrations, disaster recovery planning, and audit compliance for enterprise identity services
• Leverage monitoring and observability tools to ensure service health and operational awareness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and streamline identity management processes

What's Needed?

• Proven experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Virtual Directory Services (VDS)
• Strong understanding of enterprise identity management, LDAP federation, and directory virtualization
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
