Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to join their team. As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be part of the Workplace Services Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator
Location: Reston, VA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $25-30/hr
What's the Job?
- Ensure a top-tier end-to-end workplace experience for employees and visitors at the designated office site.
- Oversee Workplace Service operations including mailroom, janitorial, food & beverage, copy/print, and amenities management.
- Manage in-office food services programs, ensuring variety and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate logistics for internal events, including catering, setup, and communication efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming work environment.
What's Needed?
- At least 2+ years of experience in workplace programs, facilities, or site management roles.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and navigate online systems such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing 20-30 lbs as needed (infrequent requirement).
- Experience organizing events and managing small projects efficiently.
