• Sales recruiting experience 
• High-volume / fast-paced recruiting 
• Sourcing experience
• Onsite STL, Mon-Fri, 8-5 or 9-6 

The full scope (what they'll actually do):

• Design/execute recruitment strategies with senior leadership + HR
• Full-cycle: screen, interview, evaluate (experienced pros through new grads)
• Alternative channels — online platforms, professional orgs, technical programs, universities
• Compliance (federal/state/local hiring laws, records, disposition)
• Recruitment budget recommendations (job fairs, campus, tools, vendor fees)
• Write/post job ads, respond to agency inquiries
• Train hiring managers on ATS + compliance
