Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Workday Self Service Agent (SSA) Architect to join their team. As a Workday Self Service Agent (SSA) Architect, you will be part of the Human Capital Management (HCM) department supporting the Employee Self Service (ESS) and Policy Intelligence functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Remote (Can work from anywhere in the USA)

What's the Job?

• Architect the Workday Self Service Agent for HCM ESS/MSS and ESS Policy Intelligence skills.
• Facilitate design sessions and collaborate with offshore teams to execute on design, testing, and deployment.
• Access knowledge articles to answer user questions accurately and efficiently.
• Assess existing knowledge articles, create new content, and configure security attributes for optimal access.
• Uphold a respectful and courteous work environment through integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.

What's Needed?

• Expertise in assessing and creating knowledge articles related to Workday Self Service.
• Experience in developing and configuring security settings within Workday.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
