HR Consultant / HR Operations Advisor- REMOTE (PST)

Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a HR Operations Advisor to join their team. As a HR Operations Advisor, you will be part of the HR and Talent Acquisition department supporting HR consulting and employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Redmond, WA (REMOTE_

Pay Range: $30/Hour on W2 

NO 3rd Party or C2C Candidates. 

What's the Job?

• Provide day-to-day HR consultation to managers and employees on performance management and employee relations matters
• Manage and document cases in CRM systems with a focus on data quality and accuracy
• Support performance management discussions and assist with complex employee concerns
• Collaborate with HR partners on escalations and operational tasks to ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in performance management and employee relations, with a minimum of 5-7 years in HR-related roles
• Strong understanding of HR policies and practices, with the ability to interpret and apply them consistently
• Hands-on experience managing HR cases within CRM or case management systems
• Excellent communication and judgment skills, with the ability to build trust with managers and employees
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, balancing multiple priorities
