Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate support sector, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Business Support and Administrative department supporting multiple General Managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $38

What's the Job?

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars for multiple General Managers, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and events.
  • Support external-facing meetings, including planning, coordination, and follow-up to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense report reconciliation to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support team activities such as meetings, morale events, and offsite sessions to foster team cohesion.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting executives with complex schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as internal tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
