Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Project Manager II to join their team. As an IT Project Manager II, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting various technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Ensure all changes related to people, process, and technology for sponsored programs and projects are executed in compliance with Global Change Policies and Standards.
- Manage multiple technology administration projects as assigned by the Portfolio Lead.
- Coordinate and facilitate Agile release train activities, including planning, execution, and review.
- Utilize Agile tools such as Jira for requirements management, SDLC, and issue tracking.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various teams to ensure project alignment and transparency.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of business process management methodology and enterprise change policies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Release Management, and tools like Jira, SharePoint, and WIKI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven problem-solving skills through root cause analysis and collaboration across diverse teams.
