Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst – AI & Document Intelligence to join their team. As a Product Owner / Business Analyst – AI & Document Intelligence, you will be part of the Corporate & Investment Banking department supporting innovative AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:New York, NY or Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $55.00 - $60.00/hour, w2

What's the Job?

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate new capabilities from concept to production.
• Support product owners and technical teams with requirements gathering, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize requirements and coordinate execution across cross-functional teams.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand problems and develop actionable technology solutions.
• Support AI-enabled use cases, including prompt development, workflow configuration, and data analysis.

What's Needed?

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role within a technology environment.
• Support for technology initiatives through multiple phases of the SDLC, ideally from concept to production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting directly with business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
