Workday HCM Lead

Our client  is seeking a Workday Self Service Agent to join their dynamic team. As a Workday Self Service Agent, you will be an integral part of the Human Capital Management (HCM) support team, providing essential assistance and expertise to enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within this innovative environment.

What's the Job?

• Architect and develop the Workday Self Service Agent for HCM ESS/MSS and ESS Policy Intelligence skills.
• Facilitate design sessions and collaborate with offshore teams to execute, test, and deploy solutions.
• Access knowledge articles to efficiently answer user questions and resolve issues.
• Assess existing knowledge articles, create new content, and configure security attributes for optimal access.
• Uphold a respectful and courteous work environment through integrity and professionalism.

What's Needed?

• Experience assessing and creating knowledge articles within Workday or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of HCM ESS/MSS and ESS Policy Intelligence functionalities.
• Ability to work effectively with offshore teams and facilitate design sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• No certifications required, but relevant experience is highly valued.
