Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an ENG Technician I to join their team. As an ENG Technician I, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections on incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMM, and gauges.
- Support Quality Engineers in First Article Inspections (FAI) and process validations.
- Collect and analyze quality data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards.
- Conduct Gage R&R studies, capability studies (Cp, Cpk), and support measurement system analysis.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for internal and external nonconformances.
What's Needed?
- Experience with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment.
- Knowledge of quality standards including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
