Quality Analyst 2

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Quality Analyst to join their team. As a Quality Analyst, you will be part of the Content and Quality Assurance Department supporting AI content evaluation and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Analyst 2

Location: Remote (need to work PST hours)

Pay Range: $33/hr to $35/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for AI-generated content and client product experiences.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across various products.
  • Validate content quality, functionality, usability, and accessibility to ensure adherence to design standards.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, providing clear and actionable feedback.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs against quality standards and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Content Automation, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in QA, content testing, usability testing, or quality assurance roles.
  • Experience creating test plans, test cases, and reporting documentation.
  • Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality processes, and workflows.
