Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology support, is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Engineer – Linux/Windows ProductSystems Operations Engineer 2 - Contingent to join their team. As an Infrastructure Operations Engineer – Linux/Windows ProductSystems Operations Engineer 2 - Contingent, you will be part of the Technology Operations team supporting critical infrastructure and incident resolution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Tempe, AZ (On-site required)

What's the Job?

• Provide first-level infrastructure support for enterprise server operating systems, hardware platforms, and storage technologies.
• Perform rapid triage, troubleshooting, and escalation of incidents to ensure minimal service disruption.
• Support enterprise environments utilizing Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, SAN, and NAS technologies.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, procedures, and incident resolutions to promote operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless infrastructure operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Experience supporting Red Hat Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of server hardware, SAN, and NAS technologies.
• Proven incident management and production support experience.
• Ability to perform rapid troubleshooting, triage, and escalation as needed.
• Strong focus on operational excellence, customer service, and teamwork.
