Our client, a leader in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Licensing Operations Program Manager to join their team. As a Licensing Operations Program Manager, you will be part of the Licensing Support Department supporting internal teams and customers.

What's the Job?

• Manage and oversee licensing operations across various company products and tools.
• Educate customers on Sovereign Critical Infrastructure (SCI) requirements, deployment options, and migration considerations.
• Assess customer readiness and identify requirements for successful migration processes.
• Support customer Smart Account and licensing configuration activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve licensing or migration-related issues and track progress to ensure successful completion.

• Knowledge of licensing processes and tools within a corporate environment.
• Ability to educate and guide customers on technical and procedural requirements.
• Experience in assessing customer readiness and managing migration activities.
• Strong communication skills to document and resolve customer questions and challenges.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
