Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Product Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the Product & Software Readiness department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to operational excellence, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

  • Build and oversee SCI NPI operations to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Own and maintain comprehensive product behavior and configuration documentation.
  • Develop migration services and processes for Brownfield projects, including a la carte and EA 3.0.
  • Lead partner and IQ enablement by translating product readiness into practical enablement content, workflows, and launch guidance to enhance field and partner execution.
  • Operate with high productivity and minimal oversight, providing practical business insights from complex data sets.

  • Proven experience in product operations, preferably within a technology or software environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational processes and documentation.
  • Immediate availability and willingness to start onsite in San Jose, CA.
