Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Fraud Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Fraud Management Department supporting the Fraud Operations team. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Conduct in-depth analysis and investigations to identify and manage fraudulent activities across various business channels.
- Analyze relevant data to confirm or clear fraud, validate customer identity, and ensure compliance with fraud policies.
- Evaluate fraud trends related to fraudulent orders and identity theft to develop effective deterrent strategies.
- Participate in establishing and implementing policies and procedures aimed at preventing fraudulent usage.
- Respond to fraud escalations, investigate issues, and recommend solutions to improve fraud-related processes.
What's Needed?
- Excellent conversational skills in English with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience navigating multiple computer screens and programs while interacting with customers on the phone.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience operating a computer in a Windows-based environment.
- Experience in fraud, customer service, or a call center environment is preferred.
