Trade Show Marketing Specialist

Our client, a leading technology industry organization, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the Global Trade Shows team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Santa Clara, CA. ONSITE

Duration: 12 Months contract with possible extension

What's the Job?

• Support the planning and execution of high-profile industry trade shows and events
• Manage registration processes, attendee communications, and hotel arrangements
• Coordinate vendors for collateral, signage, apparel, and demo materials
• Oversee logistics including shipping, setup, teardown, and onsite support
• Assist with post-event analysis, reporting, and inventory management

What's Needed?

• 1-3 years of experience in event planning, trade shows, or marketing operations
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
