Associate Specialist Documentation

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking an Associate Specialist Documentation to join their team. As an Associate Specialist Documentation, you will be part of the Product Stewardship group supporting the EP Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Documentation Specialist

Location: Plymouth, MN onsite

What's the Job?

  • Review and process change requests for new documents and revisions to existing documents
  • Maintain and organize the Document Control System in accordance with quality and regulatory guidelines
  • Support Facilities and EHS teams with document processing and vendor onboarding
  • Assist with documentation related to contracts, purchases, and project processes
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams and support general office functions for Facilities and EHS departments

What's Needed?

  • Typically 2 or more years of relevant experience in a regulated environment
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with basic Excel functions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Experience with quality systems and document management tools, preferably Windchill
  • Associate’s Degree or higher; Bachelor’s degree preferred
