Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software industry, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Product & Software Readiness department supporting software portfolio management and deployment activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Operations Analyst

Location:San Jose, CA (onsite)

What's the Job?

  • Maintain a portfolio list for a la carte and offerings, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
  • Manage tagging governance and oversee SCI SKU tagging for new software billing, licensing, and offer attributes.
  • Perform configuration validation to support software readiness controls, identify data or tagging gaps, and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Assess and track IQ install base deployment, providing visibility, status updates, and analytical insights.
  • Manage assigned readiness activities with minimal oversight, taking ownership and accountability for outcomes.

  • Experience with software portfolio management and deployment processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Knowledge of software tagging and licensing governance is a plus.
