Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Capital Markets division supporting front office teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: New York, NY. Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 Months contract
What's the Job?
- Lead the transition from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within the organization.
- Establish and support Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across multiple teams and departments.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with Project Management background.
- Front Office Capital Markets experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, especially SAFe.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to guide teams through organizational change and foster a collaborative environment.
