Sales & Partner Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a Sales & Partner Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Sales & Partner Marketing Manager, you will be part of the marketing support team, focusing on supporting sales and partner enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Manage the Industrial SalesConnect page as the central hub for seller- and partner-facing content, ensuring assets are current, organized, and aligned with active campaigns and priorities.
  • Translate customer-focused messaging, campaign content, and solution narratives into practical, seller- and partner-ready kits, including talk tracks, content bundles, and training resources.
  • Coordinate and support training sessions for sellers and partners, managing calendars, logistics, speaker and content readiness, and post-session follow-up.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives such as co-promotion, joint webinars, newsletters, and campaign toolkits to activate partners effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product teams, and stakeholders to connect campaigns and product launches to seller and partner activation efforts.

What's Needed?

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales enablement, partner marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to develop clear, actionable enablement materials from complex content.
  • Experience managing content platforms such as SalesConnect or enablement portals.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating training programs and partner marketing activities.
