Social Media Advisor

Our client, a leading organization in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Social Media Advisor to join their dynamic team. As a Social Media Advisor, you will be an integral part of the Community & Seeding team, supporting brand engagement and consumer interaction across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for social media trends, aligning successfully within a fast-paced and creative environment.

What's the Job?

• Reactively engage with fans and followers across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter in a timely manner.
• Support public channels by providing insights, strategy recommendations, and engagement to enhance brand presence.
• Participate in brand and Care training sessions, work meetings, and social strategy updates to stay current with best practices.
• Follow social FAQ documents for product launches and key social moments, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Compose personalized responses that clearly address consumer issues and foster positive interactions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of social media engagement experience.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Exceptional writing skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, including weekends if necessary.
