Workday learning Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Workday Learning Consultant to join their team. As a Workday Learning Consultant, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting organizational growth and technological advancement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Workday Learning Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 1 month contract with possible extension

What's the Job?

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Workday functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement Workday solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Workday systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday systems with other business applications.

What's Needed?

• Workday Learning certification.
• Ability to assess and validate the clients current use of Workday Learning and define future-state requirements.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to advise on leading practices and Workday Learning implementation approaches used by other organizations.
• Proven experience as a Workday Business System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with in-depth knowledge of Workday Learning modules.
