Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a SAP TOSCA Automation Lead to join their team. As a SAP TOSCA Automation Lead, you will be part of the Quality Assurance and Automation department supporting global SAP transformation projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Own and drive enterprise SAP test automation strategy and delivery using Tricentis Tosca across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, MDG, and integrated applications.
- Design scalable automation frameworks, lead global teams, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve release quality.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated regression suites to reduce manual testing effort and regression cycle time.
- Automate end-to-end SAP business processes including Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, and Supply Chain processes.
- Develop reusable automation assets, integrate test automation into DevOps pipelines, and support continuous testing initiatives.
What's Needed?
- 10+ years of QA/Test Automation experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Tricentis Tosca expertise and SAP testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, API Testing, SQL, and test data management.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Jira/ALM, and automation governance best practices.
- Ability to lead and mentor onshore and offshore automation teams effectively.
- Preferred experience with SAP MDG, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and cloud-based SAP implementations.
