Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Capital Markets division supporting Front Office teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite every week)

What's the Job?

  • Lead the transition from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within the organization.
  • Facilitate the establishment and growth of new Scrum teams, ensuring effective Agile adoption.
  • Implement and promote SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across multiple teams and departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
  • Support teams in removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with Project Management background, ideally within Capital Markets.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead change management initiatives and influence organizational transformation.
  • Experience working with Front Office teams in a financial services environment.
