Our client is seeking a eCommerce Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a eCommerce Project Manager, you will be part of the Digital Operations department supporting cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and site experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organization, collaborative spirit, and a passion for digital innovation, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Manage and oversee the full Product Detail Page process with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Coordinate and communicate with global markets and internal teams to facilitate asset creation, updates, and approvals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and trackers for digital campaigns and site updates.
  • Ensure quality assurance of digital assets, including animations, textures, and packshots, prior to market release.
  • Lead cross-team meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track and aligned with strategic goals.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in e-commerce project management, with a focus on driving sales and measurable growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of current e-Commerce trends, strategies, and digital content management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
