Executive Assistant

Our client, a dynamic media and entertainment organization, is seeking an Administrative/Executive Assistant I to join their team. As an Administrative/Executive Assistant I, you will be part of the executive support team, providing essential assistance to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and exceptional multitasking abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative/Executive Assistant I

Location: Culver City, CA (5 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Pay Range:$28.41

What's the Job?

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President, including managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Track and organize creative materials across various comedy projects in development, production, and post-production
  • Interface professionally across departments to ensure timely communication and task completion
  • Assist with preparing expense reports and managing rolling calls on behalf of the executive
  • Collaborate with team members and other executives to support project needs and ensure smooth operations

What's Needed?

  • At least 1+ years of calendar management experience, preferably with Outlook
  • Experience managing calls and coordinating communication with external partners
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Concur, and Adobe
