SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead Consultant to join their team. As a SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead Consultant, you will be part of the Data Transformation Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead Consultant

Location:Dallas, TX

What's the Job?

• Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration workstream, including planning, design, execution, testing, mock conversions, cutover, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand data requirements and develop migration strategies aligned with S/4HANA business processes.
• Define and execute data migration activities including data discovery, profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and loading.
• Conduct workshops with business and process owners to define data migration scope, source-to-target mapping, business rules, transformation requirements, and data governance standards.
• Oversee the identification, extraction, cleansing, mapping, and migration of master, transactional, and historical data to ensure data integrity and quality.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ERP data migration and data transformation projects.
• 5+ years of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA data migration experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA data migration initiatives for transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SAP BTP Integration Services, and ETL tools.
