We are seeking an experienced Principal Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs that drive strategic business and technology initiatives. This role is responsible for program strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, risk management, and successful delivery of complex cross-functional programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large, complex enterprise programs from strategy through execution.
• Develop program roadmaps, business cases, and delivery plans aligned to organizational goals.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, operations, compliance, and vendor partners.
• Manage program budgets, resources, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Lead governance forums, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making processes.
• Monitor program performance, deliverables, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks while proactively resolving issues and removing roadblocks.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual and service-level commitments.
• Mentor project teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred where applicable.
• 8+ years of project/program management experience leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered; 10+ years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience managing executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and large-scale business transformation programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
• Insurance, health plan, payer, TPA, PBM, claims, enrollment, benefits administration, or related industry experience preferred.
