Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a Senior Change Manager – IT / OCM to join their team. As a Senior Change Manager – IT / OCM, you will be part of the Shared Services Canada supporting various government initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to change management, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Analyze and develop business critical success factors, architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, and training.
  • Lead functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities.
  • Support projects in capturing the impact of changes on clients and workforce.
  • Engage and enable the organization to implement solutions by providing practical and actionable tools and templates.
  • Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities.

What's Needed?

  • 10+ years of experience within the last 12 years working as a Change Management Consultant or Change Manager.
  • 5+ years of experience managing change management activities for IT projects involving diverse user groups.
  • Experience working for a Federal or Provincial Government Department or Agency within the last 10 years.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting ITSM Tool implementation or upgrade projects, specifically with BMC software/tools/applications/products.
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing GCdocs, the Electronic Document and Records Management Solution.
