AI Business Solutions Specialist

Our client, a dynamic organization in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a Business Solutions Specialist to join their team. As a Business Solutions Specialist, you will be part of the Business Solutions department supporting various business units across US and international markets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Solutions Specialist

Location: New York City, NY (In-office presence required 14 days a month, including 3 days a week plus every other Monday)

Pay Range:$55/hr 

What's the Job?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within assigned business units, managing day-to-day interactions and requirements.
• Conduct requirements-gathering, testing, and feedback sessions with end users and mid-level stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Build and maintain business systems, automations, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Write specifications for integrations with internal systems, supporting data migrations and technical documentation.
• Support end-user training on AI tools such as Claude Cowork, gather feedback, and promote adoption of new solutions.

What's Needed?

• 2-5 years of experience in business or systems analysis, solutions consulting, or platform development within an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms with a focus on security and governance.
• Strong process-mapping and documentation skills to ensure clarity and repeatability of solutions.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct testing.
• Eagerness to learn new platforms and tools as needed to support business growth.
