Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Analyst to join their team. As a Quality Engineering Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting complaint tracking, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Design and maintain complaint tracking and reporting systems to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Evaluate medical and non-medical complaints, stability investigation requests, and determine the root causes of issues.
- Analyze shipping, manufacturing, equipment, validation, and testing data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Support root cause investigations and CAPA activities to drive quality improvements.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, JMP, SQL, and Python to communicate findings effectively.
What's Needed?
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or FDA/ISO regulated environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Experience in quality data analysis, complaint handling, and trending investigations.
- Proficiency with Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting software.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
