Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Tableau Developer (Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a Tableau Developer (Charlotte), you will be part of the Enterprise Business Intelligence Technology team supporting data visualization and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design and develop interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data solutions meet business needs.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Optimize and maintain existing Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and visualizations.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a Tableau Desktop Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and data visualization best practices.
• Solid understanding of SQL, data querying, and fundamentals of data modeling.
• Experience with data preparation and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
