Position Title: Engagement and Communications Practitioner
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 3+ Months with high possibilities of extension

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead and oversee implementation projects, with a focus on Generative AI solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project execution throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and business objectives while fostering collaboration among customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead implementation projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
• Manage project governance to ensure requirements, scope, timelines, and business objectives are aligned and maintained throughout the engagement.
• Facilitate collaboration and effective decision-making among customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates, including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing issues through resolution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Drive successful project outcomes that support business value realization and customer adoption.
• Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and transition activities at the conclusion of engagements, including documentation updates and lessons learned.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by capturing engagement insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of engagement management, project management, or implementation leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
• Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) preferred.
• Agile Scrum experience required; Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering successful Generative AI implementations using client Create Implementation Methodology.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in customer-facing environments.
• Familiarity with platform implementation and delivery best practices.
