iOS Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a iOS Engineer to join their team. As a iOS Engineer, you will be part of the Mobile Development Department supporting the iOS Application Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:New York, New York

Pay Range:$70-73/hr 

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain high-quality iOS applications used by millions of users worldwide
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product owners, QA, and other engineers to deliver innovative features
• Implement and optimize build tools such as Tuist, xcodebuild, GitHub Actions, and Circle CI for continuous integration
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs to ensure a seamless user experience
• Contribute to open source projects and stay current with the latest iOS development trends and technologies

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in building iOS applications with Swift and Objective-C
• Familiarity with build tools like Tuist, xcodebuild, GitHub Actions, and Circle CI
• Experience with continuous integration and automated testing frameworks such as XCTest and XCUITest
• Knowledge of REST APIs, RAML API documentation, and integrating with backend services
• Strong understanding of UIKit, MVVM architecture, and performance optimization techniques
