Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking a Program/Project Management Lead to join their team. As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be part of the project management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program/Project Management Lead

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $60-65/hr

  • Manage the overall delivery of programs or projects to achieve specific business outcomes.
  • Define project scope, monitor the execution of deliverables, and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to foster innovation and resolve complex challenges within the program or project.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and quality standards.

What's Needed?

  • Deep knowledge and experience in Program and Project Management, with mastery in core methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Scope Management, Estimation, and Planning, with a solid understanding of PMBOK principles.
  • Intermediate skills in Risk Management and advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong influencing and advisory skills to engage with multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to provide solutions to complex problems and make critical team decisions.
