Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst 3 to join their team. As a Technology Operations Analyst 3, you will be part of the Security team supporting various Lines of Business (LOBs). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Chandler, AZ (preferred), with opportunities in Charlotte, Irving, and Columbus. This position is not remote.

What's the Job?

  • Provision access to end users for multiple Lines of Business within Wells Fargo.
  • Collaborate closely with Database Administrators and Application teams to determine appropriate access levels.
  • Manage user accounts by creating, deleting, and granting privileges on platforms such as Oracle, SQL, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, or DB2.
  • Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow, ART, Remedy, Pac2000, or similar to track and resolve access requests.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

What's Needed?

  • At least 2+ years of experience provisioning access on relevant database platforms.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
