Job Title: Medical Billing Specialist
Location: Lake Mary, FL - 100% Onsite 
Pay Range: $25/hr on W2 

Job Details: 

• Manage the processing of client information in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory policies.
• Coordinate insurance verification and ensure clients understand their co-pay responsibilities.
• Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims to facilitate timely payments.
• Enter and verify client data accurately in the billing system.
• Prepare and submit claims electronically and via paper as needed, correcting and resubmitting rejected claims.

What's Needed?

• Experience working with front-end rejections in medical billing.
• Previous experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and PHI regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and team members.
