Recruiter III

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Recruiter III to join their team. As a Recruiter III, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the Medical Device division. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with management to define roles and required qualifications.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and communicate the company's value proposition effectively.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including digital platforms and community networks, to find qualified candidates.
• Evaluate candidates for role suitability and cultural fit based on comprehensive criteria.
• Manage the interview process, collaborate with team members for assessments, and ensure candidates meet role prerequisites.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of agency or in-house talent acquisition experience.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience of filling entry to mid-level roles.
• Proven ability to deliver significant candidate pools in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Expertise in creating targeted job postings and leveraging social networks to attract candidates up to offer acceptance.
