Agile Scrum Master

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated Agile Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be an integral part of the project management and development efforts supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to fostering agile practices within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and support multiple teams to deliver high-quality software and infrastructure releases on schedule.
• Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment for teams to succeed.
• Work closely with product owners, engineering, operations, and security teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery pipelines.
• Promote best practices in Agile methodologies and support the adoption of DevOps principles across teams.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master supporting enterprise-level projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile tools for tracking and managing project workflows.
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within teams.
