Site Reliability Engineer III

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and IT services sector, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III to join their team. As a Site Reliability Engineer III, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Infrastructure and Cloud Teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, proactive problem-solving, and strong collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement automation tools and scripting to streamline operations and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and security.
• Support offshore teams and provide offshore support as needed, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution.

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience with Cohesity, NetBackup, and Avamar products.
• Understanding of ITIL processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Typically requires 5+ years of software development experience with exposure to network programming and networking protocols.
• Solid understanding of network concepts, including load balancers, routing, subnets, and firewalls.
