Lab Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting packaging testing, product evaluation, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Clark, NJ

What's the Job?

• Assist with packaging testing for new product launches, formula renovations, and packaging modifications.
• Perform hands-on lab work including drop tests, decoration testing, filling samples, and evaluating samples.
• Create templates, record data accurately, and communicate test results effectively.
• Support e-commerce testing, including filling and sorting finished goods for new launches and packaging changes.
• Support team priorities by providing timely assistance and maintaining high-quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Technical or scientific background preferred (engineering, material science, packaging, etc.).
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly learn web-based software.
• Curious mindset and passion for learning new skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, lifting, and standing tasks.
