Technical Product Manager, Fraud and Policy

Our client, a leading organization in the e-commerce and marketplace industry, is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Fraud and Policy to join their team. As a Technical Product Manager, Fraud and Policy, you will be part of the Risk Management Department supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to safeguarding customer trust and operational integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Redmond, WA (100% onsite)

What's the Job?

  • Define, validate, and launch fraud prevention capabilities for marketplace and e-commerce experiences.
  • Translate fraud and abuse risks into clear product requirements, controls, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, policy, risk, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Conduct deep analysis of country-specific fraud patterns to identify risks and control gaps prior to launch.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate controls to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in owning or driving product roadmaps, requirements, and feature delivery.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
