Scrum Master 4 (Technology Delivery Lead)

Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Scrum Master 4 (Technology Delivery Lead) to join their dynamic team. As a Scrum Master 4 (Technology Delivery Lead), you will be part of the Data Platforms Modernization program supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to transforming enterprise data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovative technology solutions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Scrum Master 4 (Technology Delivery Lead)

Location: Irving, Texas (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months contract possibility of extension/Conversion to FTE

Interview Process: One round; a 45-minute in-person interview at the Las Colinas office, with an interview panel of 3 individuals 

What's the Job?

• Lead delivery of platform modernization initiatives across multiple product domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Manage complex dependencies involving application migrations, cloud adoption, and infrastructure decommissioning to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including CIOs, engineering leaders, and compliance teams to facilitate decision-making and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Oversee program governance, reporting on roadmaps, risks, financials, and key metrics to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Support adoption of cloud-native architectures, automation, and modern data pipelines to enable scalable analytics capabilities.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience leading large-scale data transformation and cloud migration projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud strategies, and modernization initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Jira, and Agile reporting tools, with experience in dashboard creation and workflow automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance reporting, analysis, and program execution.
