Our client, a leader in wireless communications and positioning technology, is seeking a Senior RF Hardware Engineer to join their team. As a Senior RF Hardware Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting product development and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Design, integrate, validate, and support the lifecycle of GNSS/GPS receiver, antenna, and RF front-end solutions.
  • Lead product development from concept through production while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Support RF transceiver design including PAs, LNAs, filters, mixers, synthesizers, and VCOs.
  • Evaluate and optimize sensitivity, tracking performance, positioning accuracy, and interference immunity.
  • Support manufacturing transfer and resolve production or field issues, providing technical guidance to team members.

What's Needed?

  • Experience designing multi-constellation GNSS receivers supporting GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and BeiDou.
  • Proficiency in RF front-end architectures including LNAs, filters, matching networks, RF switches, and timing circuits.
  • Hands-on experience with RF simulations and measurements using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
  • Knowledge of antenna design, tuning, impedance matching, and radiation pattern evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies including cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth, and ISM-band.
