Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a ODM Material Manager to join their team. As a ODM Material Manager you will be part of the supply chain and procurement department supporting global hardware programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent cross-functional coordination, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Austin, Texas
Pay Range:$70-75/HR ON W2
What's the Job?
- Manage end-to-end relationships with ODM partners, ensuring material readiness and supply continuity for hardware programs.
- Drive MRP alignment, manage CTB (Commit-to-Build) cycles, and track material availability against build schedules.
- Escalate gating components and ensure on-time delivery to support global data center buildout schedules.
- Collaborate with ODM planning, procurement teams, logistics, and engineering to resolve material constraints and risks.
- Translate material risks into actionable recovery plans, managing complex BOMs in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
What's Needed?
- 8 or more years of experience in ODM material management or related fields.
- Strong experience managing complex BOMs and working directly with ODM planning and procurement teams.
- Proven ability to navigate conflict, drive accountability, and communicate effectively with external partners and leadership.
- Experience in hyperscale or large-scale ODM/EMS environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
