Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Business Analyst III to join their dynamic team. As an IT Business Analyst III, you will be an integral part of the Business Analysis department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Capture and support the delivery of business and system requirements to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and perform impact analysis.
  • Work closely with development teams to refine requirements into actionable specifications.
  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Ensure clear communication of project dependencies and progress to all relevant teams.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical implementation role with requirements and solution expertise.
  • Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, with experience using tools like JIRA.
  • Proven ability to understand, document, and execute project development and testing requirements.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience leading PI Planning sessions and articulating key dependencies.
